Disk brake adjustment?

On my rear disk brake (Hayes mechanicals), the inner pad is ever so slightly rubbing the disk causing a squealing sound. It isn't dragging, per se, only touching just enough to produce the squeal.

Is it possible to adjust the centering of the pads?

:D Thanks! If anyone needs a good laugh, here it comes: I only now just realized (thanks only to the Hayes website!) that these are hydraulic brakes, not mechanical brakes. :o :o :o
