I've decided to sell the bike I fixed up/restored due to fitting issues and also my interest in other bikes. Please see the link below for info. I would be willing to sell the bike for $150 shipped OBO to a Team Estrogen member. It is a smaller road bike, so would be great for a woman wanting a vintage, high quality steel bike. PM if interested!

Knot's Mantra: I already have 3 steel bikes in my livingroom. I must look away. 4 steel bikes wouldn't fit in my apartment. Look away. :(

It is hard for me to sell because it is a neat bike and I can't believe how clean I got the components. They literally look brand new! I really need the money for grad school though. I am willing to negotiate on the price for anyone interested. I can also email pictures of specific things and close-ups of parts/frame, etc.

I'm saying the same mantra as Knot, but I would like to see pictures of it up close. Especially the drive train, the brakes and...oh, just everything.

My hubby has a similar vintage Miyata touring bike. It would be cool to match, but I'd have to get rid of the Fuji that I haven't started rehabbing, yet. :(

I can't access the page anymore, but might be interested if we can find a not-too-expensive way to ship to Canada!

I'd love to see pics too. The link is not working. I'm near Detroit. :)

Thanks for all of the responses! At this point, I believe I have a buyer (someone from TE, too), but if anything changes, I will send PMs to all of you. Thanks! :)

Whew, good thing. Ohmmmm, Knott's mantra ..... 3 steel bikes, remodeling the condo, must look away, ohm.

Whoever got the bike, we want pictures!

I bought the bike! I've already reconditioned the bottom bracket (a new one wasn't necessary!) and once I've got the stem changed out (I need a bit more reach), I'll post pictures.

It's a very comfortable ride, I might add. :D I'm very pleased!!

I'm with KnottedYer, with 12 bikes I have to avert my eyes quickly...

I can't wait to see pics of this bike. My first bike was a Miyata purchased in 1986. I'm wondering if it looks like mine!

I am very happy that you love the bike. It does ride very smoothly. I have turned my attention to old Schwinn cruisers. I already have a commuter, a road bike and a MTB, so now I want something different for my collection. I would love to see pics of the updated Miyata, too!
