Biked to work this morning. Not my strongest ride on that route (forgot to take my puff of asthma powder this morning :() but made it up all the hills. Then at noon I rode down past home to the hospital. Had an OB/GYN check-up appointment. After that, I did not feel like getting back on the bike right away, and anyway it's a long steep climb back home. So I wal... uhm, cross-trained. :rolleyes:
