I currently have look pedals and love them but they were cheap ones and stick a little bit now so I want to buy some new ones. Any recommedations?:)

I love my Crank Bros. Quattro pedals on the road bike, and the Crank Bros. Candies on my mountain bike. I can use the same shoes and cleats on both, and love the way they feel and release. Entry occasionally takes me a bit of effort, but I've always figured that's just me..:D

If you're already used to Looks, you might try some Look Keos. I have the Sprints myself and like them.

I switched to the Look Keos in May, I have the cheapest ones (Cro-Moly) and I am very pleased. Only complaint I have is the slickness of the cleat, otherwise I am very happy with the switch. I used to ride on SPDs and the Looks are so much better for power transfer.

definitaly look at other looks and also the shimano spd-r's(they are just like the looks)
I used to use them before I had knee issues and had to switch over to speedplays, if you want to pay for the shipping I would be willing to ship them to you(if I can find them) so you can try them out. If you liked them I would be willing to sell them to you!

(where's the head-bangin' rock on dude smiley when you need it?)

My Surly, however, needs a pair of these Chaco-compatible beasties: http://www.speedplay.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=home.drillium Or these, which I've used and really like (and are cheaper): http://content.konaworld.com/webstore/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_id=22
