Any ideas about where I could find a nice size seat bag? Most of the ones I've seen are so small. I'd really like a larger one.

Topeak makes a 2-litre one that is quite easily available...

You should decide what you want to carry everyday.
Do you want something you can unclip and take with you when you go into a store? Many people have a large bag and a small bag for different types of occasions. Also in cold weather the large bag can carry a jacket, extra gloves, etc.

I have something for smaller. I need something a little larger, like for a lightweight jacket, yes.

Getting all geared up is never ending, but so much fun!!! :p

Some of the bags are also expandable. One of the seat bags is called the mountain wedge I think and you can unzip the bottom and make it bigger. Of course like Lisa says, you can always get two. :D

Rivendel has some big ones:

Country Bag (http://www.rivbike.com/webalog/baggage_racks/20124.html)

I love the Specialized Wedgie bag. It's quite large and expandable, but narrow so it doesn't get in the way...

You also have to decide whether you want a retro/field-bag type of look or a modern sleek type look saddlebag.

I use a retro/camping look on my bike.
I have a Velo Orange banana bag for small trip uses.
I have a Rivendell/Baggins Little Joe for everyday stuff (medium)- they no longer make these.
I have a Carradice Nelson (large size) for when I ride with several days worth of clothes.
Carradice makes some great bags:

You might like their Barley bag for normal use with room for a jacket, digital camera, tools and lunch, etc.
