My new bike!

Woohoo! Thanks to all posts on here helping me research, I finally found a new bike I love. Today I picked up my Felt FW4. It is electric blue and oh so pretty. They fit me with it and have a 30 day test ride where I ride it for 30 days and bring it back. Then they go over the whole bike and double check the fit again too. I am so excited. The only problem is I am off now to work a 12 hour shift! I wanna play!!! :D I will post pics as soon as I can.

Is there some law that requires bikes to be sold with them? i think they'd be pretty useless, better to have tires with reflective sidewalls.

Congrats on your new beauty. :D I know a guy who just got a Felt. I don't know which model, but it's pretty nice. His has a very different looking frame than anything I've ever seen before. Dh and I just kept staring at it because it was so interesting and cool and different.

I looked at the FW3 in the book and really liked it, but it was going to take my bike shop a 1-2 weeks to get it in and being my first road bike, I figured I would start small. Plus I wanted it in time for my ride on July 21 and 22. Is yours in the pretty orange? pictures... hint hint.....

congrats!!!!! I took the Felt FW3 out yesterday for a test ride. LOVE the bike..but wary about the dual crank...It has everything I want, but I want a triple (need all the help I can get to climb over mountains).

When I was test riding the bike, there was a lady who just purchased the FW4..she looked really excited!!

Yes, it's the orange! I tried really hard not to let the color sway me, but I love it. My other bike is lime green, so maybe I'll start a citrus collection. I was wary also of the compact double crank since I live in Colorado, but I plan to use this bike mainly for training rides along the Front Range. I love tinkering, so maybe someday it will have a triple, or maybe I'll just get stronger!
