I had never heard of Columbine Bicycles until Veronica mentioned them in the T-Mobile thread. After a little googling, I found some pictures. They are unbelievably beautiful! Would you even ride it if you had one? I think I would just hang it in my living room and stare at it! Gorgeous!

I think I agree with you! They are not just bicycles, but works of art! And if you rode it, it could get............. scratched! NO! :( :o

That is some beautiful scroll work... you're right.

Definitely hanging on wall.

Can you image trying to get bug gutts and other road spooge off of that gorgeous frame.

I have a hard enough time keeping the bugs out of Fluffy's lugs and they're no where near as ornate. I was pretty upset the first time I scratched my Riv. But then I decided that it was meant to be ridden and sometimes I'm a dork and sometimes s**t happens beyond your control.

i tried to pull the pictures up at work, but our company has installed "bike porn blocker" on all our pc.s so i couldn't ;-)

those are some purty bikes, there's nothing like the look of lugged steel

i've read they are the most expensive bikes made?
