I'm a newbie....going to try out spinning class and learning to bike all at the same time. I'm nervous about the first class, but it can't be worse than this guy's first class, can it??? roflmao

I feel so much better about going in tomorrow and giving it a shot....

I read this a few days ago and recalled it today when a male friend told me he'd finally tried a spin class, with his brother-in-law who was determined to keep up with all the young ladies. BIL actually had to leave the class about 30 minutes in to heave. Oops!
