Wahhh.. I had the humilating experience of throwing up in my trash can at work today. I work in a cubicle so it was not like an office door was closed or anything. Drug my tired body out of bed after a lengthy nap to get to the doctor. Turns out he thinks it is a viral infection and I just need "to let it run its course". Last year I had one at almost the exact same time! I missed May 31 & June 1. What gives? Off for chicken soup, phenegran and gatorade.

Can you tell I am a horrible sick person??

Amanda- get better! I hope it "runs it's course" quickly!! I'll take the achy flu anyday over throwing up. I'm the worlds most pitiful sick person.
Sorry you got sick... get well soon (and shouldn't DH be getting that soup for you? ;) )

Silver's dealt with it twice in the last two weeks! First, before the Horsey Hundred and then last week before her triathlon!

Blech!

Take care of yourself Amanda!

I often don't take any medicine and let whatever it is run it's course. I will think about what i take from now on after the cough syrup I took on sunday night reacted badly with me bodddyaaayyy..

Take care

Luckily it seems to be running its course quickly, I even went to work today. I got some razzing from my boss, like I needed any more humiliation!

I am just still so frikking tired, I am hoping to get fluids and real food (not saltines and soup) in me so I can ride bunches this weekend.
