Went for a bike ride with daughter (22) on Mother's Day. She was visiting from out of town and had to borrow her dad's bike. She couldn't handle its size, so I swapped her for mine and it didn't really make any difference. Must admit that my seat is up high, but her take-offs were decidely wobbly - even when she used the kerb to rest her foot for added height. She has been doing spin sessions at the gym and had lost a little of her cycling skills. Her takeoffs were very slow and tentative, but once mobile, she could balance and rode quite well. I could not believe that she forgotten how to ride. Had to laugh....I kept looking behind me just in case I lost her!;)
