I'm a loyal Ironman talk listener - HEY Bevan! (insert pic of me waving from sunny AZ)- and I just listened to this podcast the other day. It was VERY good! In fact I think I may go back and listen to it again. For us gadget geeks it really goes into the use of power meters in depth.

Thanks Bevan! I've been kind of slacking in listening to your podcasts (sorry) but this has encouraged me to start listening again (I'm downloading it on itunes right now) and I need to order some of the coffees of hawaii too (been slacking on that as well).....
