Pro's/con's between full and hybrid ceramic bearings.

Can anybody provide or give me a link where they have tested the differences between a full ceramic bearings and hybrid ceramic bearings.

There are several tests to be found on the internet between hybrid ceramic bearings and the most used steel bearings and there is a difference between them especially in rolling resistance and/or drag.

Despite some some surfing i haven't found any subjects on the above q'n.

Can anybody help out with some useful info about this subject.
