Yes, it's one item at a time. I haven't figured out the specifics, ie where these items come from or anything like that. They ship VERY quickly and their shipping prices are fair. I've had one problem with them when they shipped the wrong color and they immediately responded to me so I'd say their customer service is good.

That website is dangerous, I might add. Very dangerous :D
