Are there any Spainards out there that could play virtual LBS guide?

My Dad just got a new job that take him to Spain once a month...I wanted to send him to a Bike Shop in Madrid to pick up a jersey for my husband and I. What should I have him look for? Any "stand out" shops or jerseys that are fun???
