With the other thread about "girly" bikes I guess it's time I post a picture of my new little princess, Natalie Jean.
I'm not usually into pink, but I wanted something different and fun. I did a Project One design on the Trek WSD Madone frame, picked out a few of the components, and then let my mechanic friend use his "artistic expression" on everything else. He had a great time creating her. Of course that means she is his little baby as well, so he will be constantly checking to make sure I'm treating her right.

Very 60's.
Watch out or Mike Myers will want it for the next Austin Powers movie!

No flowers. It couldn't take any more cutesyness (is that even a word?)
Yes, I guess it does scream 60's just a bit. Someone at work asked me if I was on LSD when I designed the paint scheme.
My guy at the shop picked out the water bottles cages. They weren't specially painted, but if they were something the store usually carries, or if he had to order out for them, I'm not sure. He even had to put pink and blue cable ends on. Where the bike was blue he used pink and where it was pink he put blue. He had way too much fun working on her....now it's back to fixing regular bikes for him. His eyes probably needed a rest anyway from those loud colors.

That is one beautiful bike and perfect timing for riding season here in Wisconsin.
Nice job picking out the paint colors.;)
