I'm just a proud Okie spreading the word about our new cycling festival - Tulsa Tough. In its second year, its growing and drawing in more and more pros (for the races) and riders from all over the place. I rode last year and believe me, the name FITS. The support was wonderful through the whole route. This could fast become larger than Hotter N Hell 100 if you ask me.
I put this post here, because a portion of every RIDE registration is going to benefit Lance Armstrong's Foundation - LIVESTRONG. If you can't raise enough for Ride For The Roses, please consider Tulsa Tough! You could just submit your entry fee (a portion going to LAF) and then contribute what you've raised as an additional contribution! For the Mid-West area, I have to think the Tulsa ride would be a bigger challenge than Austin's...but..hey.. don't smack me if I'm wrong! (I am a Sooner, after all) <wink>
