How do you like them? Feel more comfortable with them?

I rode with her on sunday and I know for sure I unclipped more going around corners than she did. grrrrr....:o
She really looked fantastic though.

I been biking for only 2 years, with clipless a little more than one, and trust me that it's better to be a little more cautious if you feel you need to be. I am sure you are doing great, soon enough you won't imagine riding without them :-)
If I can't get a bike with clip in pedals in the gym, I just don't take the class, it makes a big difference both outside and on spin bikes

It has gone from sheer terror to apprehension.
I am getting used to them. THe best thing was when someone's dog pulled off his leash. The dog weighed 100 lbs, and was playful, not aggressive, but he was on the trail. so i got off the bike. I don't remember unclipping, but i put the bike between me and the dog just like i always do; so it was INSTINCTIVE.
I'm getting it.
Important; there are two kinds of spd cleats; I got the kind recommended to me by Sheldon brown; the multi-release cleats. THey are better (for me at least) than the other kind
SM-SH56 SPD Gold Multi-Release Cleats
the regular ones are SH51 's

I love the multi-release cleats. Work much better in an emergency or a last second clip out.
Mimi, are you glad you've done it? I certainly was.

Out of curiosity, what is the difference between multi-release and other type systems? My only experience was SPD pedals about 7-8 years ago and LOOK style from then until now. Do you unclip in a different way?

The idea is that you can clip out in either direction, not just pushing your heel out.
