Craft Master Shorts

I've read good reviews on this short and thought I might pick up a pair of last years on sale,however, need help with sizing. I wear a S Assos and XS PI Microsensor. The PI is too short. Would you say these run on the small or large side?

I'm almost always a medium and the medium Craft shorts fit me really well (in other words they're fairly true to size in my experience). Hope that helps. (And by the way I really like the Craft shorts. :) )
