Tubus Cosmo/Logo rack

Any one use the Tubus Cosmo/Logo rack with 26" tires? If so which panniers do you use with them? I like the fact that they give better heel clearance. However with the lower mounting rails and my 26" tires, will I have a problem with larger panniers dragging? Also has anyone purchased anything from TheTouringStore.com (http://www.thetouringstore.com/TUBUS/Cosmo/COSMO%20PAGE.htm)?
If so, what was you experience? They have the best price I've seen so far, but their return period is only 7 days from delivery and I haven't heard anything about them.

That's the rack I'll be getting on my custom frame with 26" wheels. But I can't answer your question yet. Mimi's husband might have that rack on his new custom frame, but probably 700c wheels.
