I'm a lefty, too. Is the only diff the placement of the strap adjustment buckle?

Did it come with the stabilizer strap?

actually, I re-read my post and wrote it incorrectly :o (dyslexia...not so much fun at times:)).

the adjustment is on the right side (when facing the bag)...so, when I wore it over my right shoulder so the bag would swing to my left side/hand--the adjustment was on my back/shoulder so I couldn't adjust/pull the bag tighter when I was riding. it does have a stabilizer strap, which was helpful but, still left something to be desired re: my own comfort carrying stuff.

here's the jacket. the actual color of the jacket is NOT this deep of a red, take it down about 1 shade. the first photo shows the color at it's most accurate.

Oh, good, I'm glad you got reasonable, because I want it! My husband is a lefty and is jealous of my Timbuk2 bag but is too cheap to buy a new one. I will PM.
