Time to start a new thread. I weighed in at 122.5 this morning. Not as bad as I had feared, but still 2 lbs up. No worries, it was well worth it and I had factored it all in. :D
I'm back on track again, or at least I will be tomorrow. And the sun is shining! I might be able to go for a ride today!

You looked fab in your pics KG!!:D
You don't likely need to lose much more.

Thank you Wahine. I am happy with my current weight but honestly, I just know how to pick clothes. :D Lycra's not so forgiving. I am determined to get down to an athletic body fat percentage this summer if I can. This is a one-shot deal. And even if I manage it, I may not stay there if it's too much maintenance work. Life is meant to be enjoyed, right? I will be content to stay anywhere under 125 lbs truth be told. :)

169 for me...going the wrong way. Someone brought Jelly Beans to work and that's a weakness for me.
But, I'm committed. After vacation is over, I'm going back to daily logs and postings of my intake.
Kelownagirl Welcome back and best wishes in married life!!!

I have not checked this week yet, but I have a feeling I have gained. A new week is beginning so no worries. :)

Welcome back KG - I just passed you back on BJ so no riding until I can get out again, ok?:p
I DID IT - 149!! And that was even with AF showing up. So now if I can just shake this cold or whatever has my lungs in a vice I'll be able to keep at it. Right now excercise just hurts.

So I think this is my 4th week at 141 lbs. I didn't count the week I had my period. I think I'm stuck. I'm training like a fiend so I can't cut back my calories any more. Hmmmm. I'm pretty sure that I could lose another 5 lbs but it's not going easy, soooooo, maybe I can't or shouldn't.
We'll see.

Congrats Dar!! :D
Wahine-maybe your baody is where it wants to be? I am just guessing here. Hmmm, have you tried increasing your caloric intake? Sometimes a small shake up is what our bodies need.
Me-I showed a gain, but it is that time of the month and I always gain  , so no worries.

Hey Dar - I've been watching you as we've been leapfrogging back and forth on BJ. I will be past you soon though. Dying to get out for a ride right now.

KG - we have a week of rain upon us so take it easy on me:p Guess I'll have to spin on the trainer and try not to keel over until my lungs clear up. Feel free to do, uh, other things, since you're a newlywed and all;)

My weight loss group didn't have a meeting last week, and I lost 3.4 or 4 pounds at the weigh-in this week (I don't remember exactly what I was two weeks ago).
Because I've got a nasty cold, I won't be getting much exercise in this week. But I have no appetite so I don't think I have to worry about a gain.

BMO3 - no. Can't shake my low grade fever. I have my annual exam on Friday and was hoping to hold out until then so I wouldn't have to pay 2 office visits (I have a podiatrist bill coming my way:p ). Besides, I'm less concerned about the lower end part if the upper end isn't feeling so good;)
OTG - hope you're feeling better too. I hear you on the no appetite. But I keep daydreaming about a nap. Probably why I can't concentrate at work!

Dar and OTG-both of you rest as much as possible and stay hydrated. I hope you both feel better soon!

I hope you don't mind if I jump in here. i have been watching this weigh in thread and wanted to add mine. I started at 146. I have cut out sugar and stopped having secounds. I am not fat but just need to lighten up a bit. I had steroids for a terrible rash i had about 3 years ago. The rash lasted for 4 months! It made me gain 10 pounds! I was always really hugery! HATE steroids! Never again!
I have been doing this for a month now. I weighed in this morning at 142.3is that at least a little good?

I have not gained this week, but I haven't lost any, either, and I have about 5-8 more that I would like to off load. I tried on bathing suits today and now I feel like I should go to the gym, even though I wasn't planning it today! I am hating that I feel this way...fat. I have lost close to 15 pounds since Christmas, but am not satisfied. I just need to stop obsessing about it! Yikes----maybe it is hormonal!!!

I hope y'all don't mind me logging in too. I started cycling when I found myself gaining middle age weight. I was 130 (I'm only 5'1") So I got on a bike. 2 years later, I was down to 110! That was the best. I felt strong, but light and I felt I could fly up hills. (LIttle hills - I'm such a flatlander) But after this last winter and too much good food, I weigh in at 118! Ouch. I'm also always a bit heavier in the winter, because I weight train, which I stop in the Spring/Summer to able to ride better and lighter; but in my case I have a pronounced belly fat. Dang.
NO MORE CHEESE ITS!!
