The other Bicycle Tour of Colorado thread seems to have more discussion of the RTR, so I'm starting a new thread, dedicated specifically to the 2007 Tour of Colorado.

4 weeks to go. I wonder how many women will be doing this ride. Would love to meet some TE gals. Anyone at least considering it?

um, that sounded wrong. anyways, he's fun to ride with and you met him at Sea Otter and I don't think any of his other friends are riding so I'd be happy to give him your contact info, Cindy.

Single again, eh? Sounds like we need another single girls night out. Where are those hot veloboys, anyway?

oh, but I'm not single!!! I didn't wait to find me a good local (relatively) man. okay, he's in monterey, but compared to CO he lives right next door!

I'm not riding the btc, but a friend I work with is. She is friends with, and rides a lot with a guy named Daniel that also rides the btc . . . coincidence? I don't know, but I just got a funny feeling when I read that. How many guys named Daniel go by Daniel and not Dan? Hmmm . . .

Well Cindy, if you end up getting in touch with and then riding with Daniel, and if he has a friend named Tammy, she's great. She's an awesome cyclist, not pretentious at all (like a lot of locals), and lots of fun to ride with.

They say its snowing lightly in summit county today. :eek: Its been a cool spring, which makes it prettier, things stay greener longer. Should be gorgeous when you are here.

I just got an email from the BTC organizers warning that it has been cold and to be prepared for rain :eek:

I'll keep an eye out for tammy :)
