Another update ---

Last Thursday I went back to the manual therapy for another session and they worked on my arm shoulder some and measured before I left and it is a 0 or aka STRAIGHT!!!!!! And at 145 on flexion and supination and still cant remember the other but they are both 90 :)

And last weekend was our conference championships and I made "A" final in the 100 fly and placed 4th and went a 105.0 and was first in the 200 fly and went a 220.44 and was 10th in the 500 free went a 550 all best times which was kinda suprising with the season I've had... But suprising in a GOOD way!!

And to make it all even better - I went back to the doctor today AND....he said I can get back on my bike but just for short periods of no more than 15 -20 minutes at a time. Its not long but he said I can add about 5 -10 minutes a week if i ride regularly and keep doing the strengthening excersizes!!

It felt GREAT not fast but good to be able to ride again. Anyways thats whats up!

That's so good to hear!!!! Keep up the good work, and follow the doc's orders. That will ensure a long, steady improvement. You rock!

Oh Katie!!!! that's wonderful news!!! and congrats on such a great showing on at your swim championship!

You are one tough cookie!!! I sure wish you could give me some swim lessons!

I'm riding all over the place and it feels great! Soon you will be too. We will not let injuries keep us from moving!!!!

That is so wonderful. Congrats on the swimming. One of my students made it to states this year. Our swim team is only 5 years old, and she is the first girl to ever make it that far. Very exciting stuff.

Slow and steady on the bike. Don't over do. Better to do slow and steady than have to take steps back.

I am really happy for you.
