Hi all,
I'm feeling like I must be the only curvy triathlete around. Can anyone give me any advice on tri tops for larger chested women? I'm not all that huge (36D) but can't find anything that still has support after getting wet during the swim. I'd like to keep the girls supported and not hanging around my belly-button.
Suggestions?

CW-X bra or bra-top. I wear one (34c) in the tri, and it dries very quickly after the swim (long before the bike leg is over) and stays very supportive. There are a few of us here who wear them.

Team Estrogen has the best return policy and most helpful staff you've ever dealt with. They can help over the phone as far as sizing and stuff. They'll even get one out and describe it to you over the phone. :D

I have 36 DDD, none of the triathlon specific ones are even close to supportive enough. I wear the Moving Comfort Maia Bra, I know some other's who swear by the Enell bra. I have done several open water and pool swims with this under my tri tops, no problems. As for tops, I really like the tyr and de soto zip front tops, they are long enough, and they stay put.

Good Luck,

Jen

Being a curvier girl, and having been recently talked into Tri-Training by SouthernBelle, I have looked for different tops that offer longer torso features. However, I am the typeto sneak in extra support by way of a strappy sports bra (and not caring if it may show) or by sewing it in.

I got the sewing idea from a girl who sewed pads in her bathing suit when I was a lifeguard years ago.

I am ALL about modification to fit my needs if it fits elsewhere.
