If you have not read Swimming To Antartica by Lynne Cox go and get it and read it pronto.....

You will never look at a swim workout the same way again...well unless you have sharks and icebergs in the pool, then maybe....

What a coincidence, my best friend was just telling me about this book the other day. She said I simply MUST read it, it was amazing.

I just read this over Christmas. It is an amazing story isn't it. For all her achievements she is very humble I think.
