What kind of interest is that? I guess maybe couch potatoes. But what about Idaho potatoes or russets? Or how about those cute, little fingerlings...

weeeeelll, I can't eat wheat (no bread, rolls, pasta, whatever) so my favorite convenient carbs/dinner starch tends to be potatoes.

I eat a loooooooooottttt of potatoes... ;)

For example: tonight's dinner was sirloin strip-steak, mashed baked potato, and broccoli.

Most of my gluten-free baking mixes include potato flour.

When in doubt at a restaurant I ask for baked potato, french fries, or potato chips and make a meal of that. I can often substitute a potato product for a dinner roll or home fries for toast on restaurant menus.

Mmmmm! POTATOES! :D

It all becomes clear now.

Thom says, "French Fries!"

I will make skinny mashed potatoes if I roast a chicken, otherwise it's garnet yams. I make a lot of brown rice. We seem to like rice more than potatoes at our house.

Once in a blue moon...In-n-Out fries!

We tend to support the whole-wheat pasta industry at our house. However, when we have potatoes we love the baby red ones - yum!
