My best friend from university married a pro cyclist who is friends with George H. He was at the wedding. He's very handsome in clothing other than lycra.

Unfortunately, that night he seemed to think that he did not have to follow normal wedding etiquette. He showed up late, that is, he pretty muched walked in, in the middle of a small civil ceremony in a house. Hard to miss. There were only about 50 guests.

His date was completely inappropriate in her behaviour and dress, but I'll be the first to say that he likely didn't have any control over that. He kept to himself unless other people engaged him in coversation. The consensus amoung the boys was that he was a snob. The girls said he's just shy.

He is very handsome.

Hey all Hincapie fans - there is a show on FitTV (we have Direct TV and it is channel 368) called Art of the Athlete and it is currently featuring George Hincapie. Now it is on right now....., but they repeat these shows ad infinitum so I'm betting it will come back around again - right now the schedule doesn't have the episode descriptions though.

Although he's rather attractive he kind of reminds me of a big dumb Labrador.
It also doesn't surprise me that his date wasn't to well behaved, he is married to a podium girl. Pardon the streotype.
