Just got off 3 weeks of jury duty, a very interesting case - a woman was accused of paying someone to kill her husband. We all agreed, the hubby was gone (no body ever found), but could not make the connection the prosecution wanted to find her guilty, it looked more like blackmail to us. (As in, I've killed your husband, now give me money or I kill you and your kids too) She is now a free woman, after 3 years in jail awaiting trial. I'm very comfortable with the decision we made as the jury.
Tip for the day: Don't ever joke about wanting someone dead, it could turn around and bite you on the butt!!
