I will be in Seattle and the area around there that week......
What would be some things to do that week if I can't ride?
I won't have any bike...and it seems it will be cold/rainy then anyway?
What would you suggest I do while in town?
Thanks....

Bonnie

Hi Bonnie
WELL. you can't say it will be cold OR rainy. This year, all bets are off on the weather. It might snow, or be in the 60's. it's really hard to say!

We have a beautiful touristy waterfront, complete with views, shops and restaurants (and a bike path)
We have a museum which is not too bad, and then the asian museum as well.
I'm not sure what you like to do, will you have a car?
Are you on a business trip (and only have time in the evenings?)

Tell us the kinds of things you like and we can help better. Scenery? Museums? Hiking? Theatre? Ferry rides? Etc. There's a ton of fabulous stuff to do here.

There's virtually no end to the fun stuff here in Puget Sound.

Where will you be based? If it's in downtown Seattle, you can walk to Pike Place Market, visit Pioneer Square and the Underground Tour. You can go over to the Ballard Locks, or take a guided boat tour around Lake Washington/Ballard Locks.

You can eat a geoduck!!!

Or, if we know what you ride, perhaps one of us can come up with a ride for you and we could possibly take you out on some of the trails?
