So is a road team necessarily a racing team?

I have a friend who did some Luna Chix stuff for triathlons. Sounds like a lot of fun! She got me a purdy "Luna Chix" t-shirt, too. :D

If I could actually *eat* stuff made by the Luna division of Clif, I'd consider doing it. Meanwhile I'll just stick with Clif Bloks and Clif Nectar bars and Larabars. And bananas. and chocolate... mmmmm bike food....;)

no. Definitely not a race team. There is a pro MTB and Tri team but this program is non-competitive and all about getting more women together to have fun in the sport they already love and to get inexperienced women comfortable with the sports they are just getting into.

Indeed - some of our gals also participate in the existing Luna Chix mt bike / tri programs, though they race with our colors (not in tri's, but in mt bike).
