Has anyone in the US tried to order directly from Gilles Berthoud? There are a couple items I can't get from Wallbike or Peter White. Wallbike was very nice and responded quickly even though I'm not a customer.
I can't get the items to go in the shopping basket and the site still says "Closed for the Christmas Holidays" and that it will re-open on January 3rd. I just sent an email via their web site form but I'm curious if anyone else has tried to order from them.
