Found this link to a series of You Tube videos in the latest issue of Cycling+: YouTube: Bicycle Maintenance (http://www.youtube.com/group/bicyclemaintenance). There's only a couple so far, but they're helpful if you learn best visually, as I do. Hopefully more will be added soon.
