Has anyone done this ride? Anybody planning to do it this year? Is it a good ride? Nice roads? Well supported?
I'd be riding alone attempting only my second century.

i just sent in my registration this week. DH and i were going to do the laveen country challenge again, but decided we'd rather do a century. we're trying to do at least six centuries this year, we did four last year. we've never done this exact ride but it looks about the same course as the tour of the tucson mountains and the silverbell century combined. flat roads, little traffic, no real hills. we'll be going up saturday nite and staying at a hotel - it'll be a mini-vacation. we had a great pasta dinner at olive garden (at the tucson mall) last year (at the TTM) that we'll probably go for again. it's gaba-tucson so it should be well supported. you could hang with us during the ride, if you want. think we'll see you there????
