have to ask about butterflies?

ok this is wierd. But I have noticed a few of have posted hugs with butterflies. Now when I was a teenager I had a dream that I was giving my brother (who is 9 years younger then me) butterfly kisses with my eyelashes. So in my dream I was putting my eye up to he's cheek and fluttering my eyelashes. After that dream I started doing that to him. And other poeple.as well. So is that what you all mean by butterflies. It is so wierd I thought it was only me.

Hi, Brandi! That's a cool story! I love that feeling of eyelashes on my skin (mine are simply too short to do that, though...heh)

The butterflies in my posts are kind of a wish and offer to others of strength and protection in a wimsical package...

It started when DH and I were on a road ride a couple of years ago, on a section of highway that I found very scary and intidimating and the traffic was fast and quite close. I was trying to "work through the fear" as I rode along and decided to visualize that I was surrounded by fluttering butterflies. Instantly, I felt protected! It was a cool and energizing feeling, that I like to try to share with other people.

As with all words, though, once they are out there, it is up to the reader to interpret them. It's nice that it brought up a nice memory for you and I hope it has for others, too!
