Hey Gals. I was wondering if anyone has a myspace account? I want to get some ideas, I promised my friends to actually add a profile etc to my account. I have 10 friends but a blank page. Thanks for voluntarily sharing your myspace with the group.

yup i have one. if you use it right it is a good way to keep in touch with old friends. i have moved around alot so i have friends all over. it is nice to keep in touch with them so easy. i also have a facebook account...it is safer than myspace...and now almost everyone can get on facebook.

I'm on both myspace and facebook. I use myspace for keeping in touch with old friends (and online friends). I use facebook more for my staff and students (I work at a university). Facebook was originally just for college students, but they've now opened it up so anyone can join.

So how do you change the background pic or colours at myspace? Anyone know?

I think there are various online sites, but I used this one (http://myspace.nuclearcentury.com/layouts/index.php). Click on free layouts, then use the drop down menu to find one you like. The code is then in a little box that you copy and paste in to the About Me part of your profile.

TE is about as much as I can maintain! Myspace would probably give me fits. I did try to do a blog once. I got 2 entries onto it, then capsized.
