Thanks! Yeah, it is a gorgeous day. We have the police coming back so we can give them our list of missing goods. And Thom is working to get caught up on the project since he missed so much time this week.

I doubt we'll have time to do Tam, but Diablo looks good.

I opened my Christmas present from my sister today. She got me the two Gilles Berthould bags I wanted. :D

Happy Birthday, Veronica. Oh, to be 40 again! Are you all packed for your trip yet? What day do you leave? We fly out on Thursday. It will be about an 18 hour day for us by the time we reach Ohau as we have two 3 hour layovers. I can't wait! By the looks of the tour route you posted for your other trip around the island, it looks as if you'll bypass our area completely. Oh well. have fun and a safe ride.

We leave Friday. We've got a straight flight to Hilo. We're going to pack the bike on Tuesday.

Is there good snorkeling in Puna? I need to read up on that area.

Great snorkeling in the tidepools in Vacationland and at Richardson Beach Park in Hilo. Lots of places with geothermally heated ponds to just relax. No white sand beaches though like in Kona. Yes, read up on the area in [U]The Big Isand Reveled.[U] It is our favorite part of the island.
