Profile photo -- in my CP but not showing on site

Anybody know WHY my profile photo will NOT show up on forum? It took me awhile to crop it to fit the required size for USER CP, but I did and it shows up in my profile, but not on screen. Any suggestions/comments?

You have to upload the image as an avatar.

Go to User CP --> Edit avatar

You have loaded your picture as your PROFILE, but not as your AVATAR. These are two different things. The profile picture only shows on your user profile. The avatar picture shows on the forum.
