Well, 30 degrees and sunny and very lovely this morning! No winds and dry roads.
Despite my lingering cold/cough, DH and I went for a 2 1/2 hour ride over hill and dale. It was 45 by the time we finished. Great ride, though due to my cold I had walk a couple of steep hills I normally pedal up, and I had to go to bed for a while after we got home. I was completely wiped out afterwards. So happy to get back on my bike after days of sickness though! I will go back to shorter rides now during the week.
Mostly we had to go out because DH had his wonderuful new Rivendell finally, after 5-6 months of waiting for it and a long list of weird delays. I took a few photos this morning and put them here:

you have to scroll though dopey pix of me first, DH's bike comes later on the page.
It's a beauty, and it's PERFECT for him. He loves it. :p :p
So in all, it was a great ride and a great day for us. :)
Anyone else go for a nice Sunday ride today??
