Does anyone use this product? My neurologist recommended it and I've started running into many people using it. Any comments?

I haven't done any real reading on it yet, but a really, really quick glance at the clinical references makes it look good.

I wonder if chowing on fresh veges and fruits with a multivitamin would be cheaper?

I don't eat enough fresh veges and fruits. My bad. I need to get back in the habit of steamed vege pig-out: a huge pot of steamed veges and purple cabbage, with cheese melted on top. mmmmmmMMMMMmm!

One of the things the things "they" talk about is the huge variety plus it can be darn hard work to get in all your servings of fruits and vegetables every day. I'm not very good about fruit because I get funny about cold food and if fruit isn't refrigerated it goes bad and fresh fruit year around is very expensive or coming from lands using lots of pesticides.

I *know* I'm not getting enough! I go through phases where I like fruit, and then phases where I don't. And I'll buy some beeeoootiful broccoli and put it in the fridge and forget it completely! (Until it turns mushy and runny)

Let me know if you do the JuicePlus, let me know how you like it.
