The first pool workout. I fell pretty good today, with the exception of my "bad shoulder" which is bad from climbing. Even it feels more muscularly sore than skeletally sore. A couple of alleve and that should be ok. I guess that also answers my question as to whether I would be physically able to climb again!
Mt bike ride scheduled today with the crazy fast guys that the DH and I ride with, so any should pain I am feeling will quickly be replaced with screaming quads.
AHHHH....the aches and pains....
