Ok I'm new lol....and this is the first and only place I have rode...I did yellow today and had a blast. Note to self: Don't put on gobbs of lotion before riding:rolleyes: (See the I got dirty post by someone else I posted on) I'm sure these trails aren't near as good as what you guys ride...It going to take awhile for me to get the gall to ride the red trail...I haven't gone thru any v trees and I did all the drops today but on the very first drop...against dh's advice stopped looked down backed and and then went for it:rolleyes:

My regular trails are in the Simi Valley area, Agoura, Thousand Oaks, Newberry Park, and Malibu. I can ride my bike to the Simi trails. We live in a wonderful mtb'ing area with year-round riding.

Have fun trail mommy!

No way, Jennifer!! I ride at Draper. When I saw the link I was thinking "Hey, I know that trail."
I'm still new to mtn biking. I'm a triathlete/roadie who's developing a serious mtn bike habit. I love Draper- not too hard, but long enough that if I combine yellow and green, it's a good, long workout (I'm not brave enough to ride red yet). I also ride at Bluff Creek, but that one is more technical (for me anyway with all the stumps).
My friend and I ride Draper every other week (it's too far to drive each week), and Bluff at least once a week (usually more). We should get together and ride sometime!

I have heard Clearbay has good trails, and a mtn bike racer friend of mine LOVES to ride at Roman Nose. I'm thankful for the amount of trails we have nearby, but kinda wish we had more. That just makes driving to CO and NM to mtn bike all the more fun, eh?

There is an additional 3mi loop where we ride that isn't listed on the map and it pretty technical at some points.
