I know the Dutch city bikes have been mentioned on a couple threads, and coincidentally, the website for these bikes was a Yahoo pick of the day today. The helmet is kind-of cute!

I've seen their bike on 6th Avenue in Vancouver (right by the Canadian Tire store, can't miss it!).

They have sweet looking bikes but I think they are a little overpriced and unfortunately they're mostly inappropriate to Vancouver. Great for less than 5km rides by the beach and small errands, but even then, all we have here are hills, many of them steep. Unless one is in extremely good shape, I have a hard time imagining riding that around. (I'm afraid to say the 44X22 gearing available on their 8-speed model, even on my road bike, would not take me up some of the local hills that I need to take me home! So imagine on a 42 lbs bike!!)

They are definitely stylish though.
