I have some freinds who bought a house last year in Hawaii and they turned the upstairs into a rental. If anyone is interested let me know and I will send you a link to thier place. It is really nice. And not to $$$. I am going in Feb to check it out. My dh and I are going for a week so i will post photo's of their place if anyone wants.
