Hello all,
Just an FYI if you're interested in meeting Sally Edwards, the
"inventor" of training with your heart, an Ironman Triathlete,
Spokesperson for the Danskin Triathlon, Head Heart of Heart Zones USA
(http://heartzones.com) and an amazing author with her latest book on our
favorite sport of cycling, entitled Heart Zones Cycling, The Avid
Cyclists Guide to Riding Faster and Farther --
She'll be appearing at the new CyclePath store opening in
Pleasanton on Saturday, November 4th, from 10-12 to sign books. I've
had the pleasure of getting to know her and she's an amazing person,
very down to earth, great motivator, and has done it all in womens sports.
The store is located at 337B Main Street in Pleasanton, sharing
the Bank of America building facing the rear parking lot (and in the
