Help....the trainer is getting really boring to ride on. Anyone have any trick up there sleeves for keeping things a little more interesting, any drills as such, anything? I have it inside where I can read, listen to music or watch the telly, and I only have the one foot pedal drill to play with that is apart from the norm. help please!

Spinervals videos or DVDs. There's a wide variety of them and I found that they really did help keep me in shape over the winter.

If you have room invite a friend (or two or three...) over and have a spinning-party. "Misery loves company" ;)

I pass the time by working in a few changes; sprint for sixty seconds, stand for sixty seconds, etc. My trainer is in the garage so a CD player is my only entertainment.

Wow! What a workout! I thought I was being lazy at home, working around 150-160BPM. Last night I was constantly working to 170-180BPM, and this morning I feel like I had a real work out! Man, could the instructor spin fast, at the fastest I was spinning he was up to about 50% more...Spinning rocks!
