I haven't been on the bike today , i just got home from work. I'm a Massage Therapist. I'm pooped.
Tomorrow I'll be starting my first road ride this year...yeah...long time. I'm very excited, there will be a group of us. The last time I was on my road bike I got lost... due to poor directions.
I decided to go for a 30mile ride by myself and use the cycling clubs maps...well it was quite a ride. I hung my bike up for the rest of the year and protested when asked to go for a ride.
But if was some-kind of fun*
