It would look very nice with your Legolas. Maybe next year? :)

Unless the stage race conflicts w PBP, in which case there's always 2008 ...

Wonder if MP will be a proud wearer of one of these too.

Yeah, it's a pretty cool looking jersey. Completing the stage races still is a goal.

Anyone know what the Stage Race rides will be yet? I've got no clue what my fitness will be next year, but I'll give it a shot in the next couple of years for sure.

Well, that settles it (I think). Too early, and too much travel (Mulholland) and too much insanity (TT). Maybe '08!

Mulholland fits in nicely with my spring break. I need to see the schedule of SF Brevets though.

That's about what I was thinking it would be.

I don't know if I can do a double, a 600 K and another double on three consecutive weekends.

I guess I'll see where I'm at come January.

Yeah, that's one of the main reasons I bagged out on DMD this year. No way I could do DMD the week after the 600. There just wouldn't be anything left in the tank.

You don't have to do everything in one year. At least that's what I am coming to believe. Any of the following are fine accomplishments on their own: a brevet series, the stage race, 3 - 5 doubles, Death Ride, PBP or the 508. No reason you have to do it all. I certainly wouldn't try, fitness uncertainty aside. I like spending time with my family too much!

Yep, that's why I'm waiting until after my 600 K in December to decide what I'm doing next year. If that isn't fun, I'm sticking with doubles. :p

There's also the brevet series put on by the Cayucos Cycling Club down near San Luis Obispo (apparently an offshoot of the San Luis Obsipo bike club).

Not a hop skip & jump from the Bay Area, but but worth keeping in mind.
