I've got a riser bar, two brake levers and 3spd front/8spd rear grip shifts to give away before I throw 'em on craigslist. I'd like it if someone could just pay shipping, otherwise they're free. The riser bar is no-name, but it's fairly light and really not in bad shape. These are from DGF's bike, the original parts, but I upgraded her bike and switched out the stem and riser bar so she had more reach. PM me.
