I'm feeling pretty silly but I just had to weigh my bike today.

It weighs 22.6 without my gear pack on it and 23.6 pounds with the gear pac.

It's a Trek 1000 size 58cm

What about yours?

My Giant OCR 3 XS weighs 19 lbs. I've never weighed it with the bag, but I'd assume that would bump it up another pound or so.....

15.4 lbs without water bottles and bag.

It's a Serotta, 48 cm, 650c wheelset, campy record components.

My bike is lugged steel, 54cm frame, and weighs about 25 pounds without any cargo or accessories. 27 Pounds when loaded up to go, with saddlebag, tools, cable-lock, spare tube, pump, water, etc... I'll be dropping a few ounces this Spring when I switch to thinner tires from my current wide 700c x 37c's.

The current one about 10kg/22lbs and the new one hopefully around the 7,5kg/16,5lbs (the frame weighs only 1192gr/2.6lbs).

22 lb, lugged steel, Columbus SL frame, components dating from 1970 to 2006. The older parts are the best.

I just got off the scale. My veloce weighs exactly 26 pounds. That's including the pouch with the lock, tube and tools. And of course my Brooks saddle.

I am guessing my Bleriot weighs around 25 pounds with rack, bags, lock, tools and lights. It is fast enough once I get going. lol

Ooh! I'm on both ends of the spectrum here (and a bunch of bikes in between too)!

My road bike is a Trek Madone 5.9SL. With pedals, PowerTap wheel, and cages it weighs in at 15.2 -- almost too light in my opinion. It's sub-15 with my carbon race wheels.

My touring bike is a Rivendell Atlantis (lugged steel). Loaded to tour, it's about 80 pounds (yes, I overpack sometimes).

I'm pretty proud of my cross bike too! It's a titanium Ritchey Break-away. With race wheels it's just under 16 pounds -- unheard of for a cross bike. I could go lighter if I added a carbon bar and stem, but why bother.

I just weighed my bikes this morning:

2006 Specialized Dolce Comp 44 cm
20.2 lbs with pedals, bottle cages, pump and Terry Fly saddle
29.0 lbs loaded up for long weekend ride! (3 full water bottles, wedge, handle bar bag holding snacks, camera and cell phone...)

2004 Terry Classic 19" (my commuter)
26.0 lbs with rear rack, pedals, mirror, bottle cages, bar ends and saddle
(I did not weigh her with the trunk on the rack)

I'm more than a little stunned at the weight of my 'go fast' bike when loaded up! That's how I rode all my LONG rides this past season including 2 centuries...who would have guessed?

I just weighed my Giant OCR C3 with bar and saddlebags and the pump. It came in about 25 lbs. But I think the scale I used is off a little.

Hmmm, or maybe I should ask for a lighter, smaller camera for x-mas?! ;)
