I've been eyeing the lovely Sidi winter boots (example here (http://www.bikesomewhere.com/bikesomewhere.cfm/product/31/151/10419) and here (http://www.bikesomewhere.com/bikesomewhere.cfm/product/31/151/283)), but I can't seem to find them in the Mega width option. Do these not exist? :(

Anyone know of other wide winter cycling boots? The Sidi Mega width shoes are the only shoes I've found that are wide enough for my flippers (I usually get a mens EE/EEEE for athletic shoes).

D--Those are the same boots I ordered from Colorado Cyclist but they have only one width option. Have you checked Sidi's website (assuming they have one, of course)? You got some wide flippers, girl ;)

Hi Dianyla,

Sidi's winter boots don't come in Mega. But they're bigger than the regular Sidis, in order to accommodate a few layers of socks. They might work for you if you just wear one pair of wool socks, for example.

Hope this helps,

Cari

Hi Cari - I was thinking you might pop in to answer this! :D

That's good to know they're generously sized, I guess I'll just have to try some on.

My dad calls them Fred Flintstone Feet. I have them too ;) The advantage -- I learned to walk way before all of my other siblings, because of my impressive stable platform!
